Yun Liu leads SustainCARE, bringing together heritage science, building physics, and advanced modelling to understand how documentary heritage interacts with its environment — from molecular degradation processes to the climate of entire repositories. The project's goal: preservation strategies that are predictive, energy-conscious, and accessible to institutions worldwide.
